Are you ready to make changes in your life? By empowering yourself and making new choices that help you live in harmony with nature, you can experience physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
A facilitator of change will  help you become aware of the potential changes that can be made in your life.  After determining what choices can be made to bring balance into your life we will talk about ways you can implement these changes.  By making these conscious choices you can create a more sustainable lifestyle for yourself, your family, community and the earth.

Cost is $55.00 per session (1 hour) with sliding fee for those in need.

Sacrana Healing

Sacrana comes from the words “sacred nature.”  Sacrana healing is a blend of natural healing modalities with a focus on Nature being the healer.  It combines eco psychology, Ayurveda, Chinese healing, indigenous ways, natural living, communication, sound, movement and more.
Nature is a healer if we open ourselves to allow communication and healing to take place. Sacrana healing offers a unique, private healing session.  It is a wonderful way to embrace earths wisdom and the restorative power of nature.  If your desire is to experience an hour session or a full day of healing, Sacrana is created to suite your intentions.  This service is available for children as well.

Cost is 44.00 per (1 hour) session with sliding fee available for those in need
Price for full day dependent on intentions and location

Whole Health
By honoring yourself through physical, emotional and spiritual nourishment you can experience wholeness.  As we talk together we will examine how you are nourishing yourself body, mind and spirit.  By embracing natures way of balance you can learn how food, movement, emotions and more have an affect on your well being.  A facilitator will help you recognize your ability to experience health and wholeness.  We will talk about ways that you can take responsibility for yourself to implement these changes into your lifestyle.   This service is available for children  as well.

Cost is $44.00 per session (1 hour) with sliding scale available to those in need

Herbal Healing
By nourishing ourselves with wild plants and herbal medicines we can take responsibility for our health.  We will talk together and connect with earths wisdom to help you recognize the herbs that are best for you and how to implement them into your lifestyle.  This service is available for children as well.

Cost is $44.00 per session (1 hour) with sliding scale available to those in need

Heart Centered Celebrations
By honoring and celebrating life through heart centered celebrations we connect and recognize our unity with one another.  It is an alternative to the many celebrations that we have in our modern culture that have a focus on consumerism with little or no meaning.    Honoring a mother about to give birth, welcoming a new baby, marriage, divorce, a new home, farewell, coming of age and healing are some of the many occasions that are a celebrated in a heart centered tradition.  If you would like to honor yourself or someone else with a celebration we will create one that harmonizes with your intentions.  This is an experience with much meaning that touches many people deeply.

Cost varies depending on location, intentions, etc.
